"Extremely disappointed by the customer service the last several times that I have shopped at Threads. I have supported this store (previously at both locations) for YEARS. Have recommended them to so many people and bought a lot of shoes and most Christmas gifts there. The last two times I have entered the store I have had to ask for help even though there was no other customers and 2+ employees in store. Today I asked for help and the employee said I would need to look through the shoes myself to see if they had my size. I had already looked through before I asked for help. I asked her if they could order my size. She said “I guess we could order them for you if you really want”. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Very saddened and disappointed in this once great local store!"
