"Not a big fan of the prices but the style is really cool. Clothes from Express last long too. Good quality. Just a little overpriced. Sometimes you can find a good deal on the clearance rack. Sizes can be difficult to find however."

"There's a seperate adjoining store for men and women garments. Designs and display of garments is good but the prices too are on higher side. There's no staff to attend you or ask you for your requirements. May be it's because of cost cutting but this is cutting sales too as customers walk in and out without any staff intercationa."

"I stopped today 10/30/22. One of The young staff is rude . I brought it to one of the manager the manager kinda ignored. All I asked to the girl who was rude is to check prices . I like express clothing cause it fit me well and this is not first time to shop with express . But she made my shopping uncomfortable . Feel like really racist. Finally I have a new young man help checking out . I think if she doesn't like her job should not work there."

"I absolutely love Express! It's been my go to for so many years. They have the friendliest and most helpful employees, the manager is awesome and they get to know you and help you out so much when you are looking for whatever it is you are wanting. My clothes from there have been staples in my closet that have lasted for several years. Their sales are amazing too!"

"I always had positive experiences when I return things to Express. However, this time the lady in this exact store, name Kayla (I guess she is the manager) was so rude and disrespectful when I tried to return back the suit, it wasn’t worn, but she insist to not return it with bad attitude. Then, I went to another Express store and they were very friendly and respectful and they did the return nicely and smoothly. I totally do not know how they hired such a mean manager in this store. Will never go again to this Express store (Gateway ONE!)."
