"What kind of store sells clothes but has the fitting room closed all day?! Absolutely ridiculous that you can’t have it open because someone isn’t there to attend it…I even asked an employee and they said it was closed all day. Also very dirty and cluttered for a Friday morning in many departments. Do better Target…"

"I stopped in a couple days ago to get a few last minute items for Christmas and was initially filled with dread at the sight of the line all the way back to the pharmacy. I immediately thought “this is going to take forever!” but also thought this is what I get for waiting until the last minute in the first place. To my surprise, within 5 minutes, I was already next in line at a checkout! I’ve NEVER seen such an organized and well-staffed holiday checkout. They controlled the line formation, uniformly guided the shoppers into the next available checkout and the clerks seemed to be cheerful & relaxed despite the daunting and endless line. That positivity seemed to rub off onto the people in line as well. So, a very big THANK YOU to the entire staff for your wonderful efforts. Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you all!"

"Target is a great store. My online pickup experience though could have been a bit better. Went in to pick up my order and one person (mgr?) was helping with a return. No other employees there until one came inside from taking a pick-up order out to the customer (saw him taking order out as I walked in). He walked around looking at the handheld order device not looking a me once. The manager helping another customer with her returns never acknowledged my presence eventually asked the other employee about a third employee ashe was going to ask them to do something, but the employee said they were on break/lunch. The manager stated “I wish someone would have told me that.” At that point, the manager FINALLY instructed the employee to help with order pickup. After almost 5 minutes of standing directly in front of the pickup counter, only then was my presence acknowledged."

"Beautiful, neat, clean store with lots of parking. Found hard-to-find reduced fat Cheddar cheese. The Eggland eggs and salad-spinach were not as expensive as at other stores. Easy, fast check-out. Store personnel were very nice."

"This is a really nice Target. I have been in this store several times and usually have a pleasant experience. Today I was there looking for specific items I had seen on their website. While looking for shoes for my grandson and myself, I found a slew of full and empty boxes on the bench where you try the shoes on. I was trying to move the boxes onto a stocking cart as no employee was there to help. There were other customers trying to sit also. All of a sudden an employee started yelling at me. I tried to explain but she walked off. I have never had an employee yell at me before. I finished shopping. Went to the self checkout and had trouble getting a receipt. Mark came up and tried to get it to print. He was extremely polite. He told me if anything was wrong with what I purchased, who I should talk to and I could get it replaced etc. I spoke with Jamie about the one employee yelling at me. He was extremely polite and apologetic. I will go back there because of the other employees who were professional, patient and listened to concerns."
