"Worst Walmart experience ever. I wanted to to buy a cologne so I kindly ask the lady if she could open the booth so she says give me a sec and walks away after 5 mins she comes back saying someone will be with you shortly. Funny thing no one came. I was standing there for 30 minutes so I go to another worker for help so then he says he’ll find the keys then after another 20 mins later he comes back saying we don’t have the keys as if the magically disappeared but what irritates me the most is him saying to me unfortunately “you” don’t have access to this booth. It seems they hated me for some reason like WOW. May it’s because I was Hispanic or something. It’s a sad world we live in. I’m never coming to this Walmart ever again."
"Joslene did a wonder job at customer service. I asked her if she knew where something was then looked it up for me. Not only that she went out of her way to show me where it was and if I needed anything else. She was very happy to help and made sure to make me feel like I was being taken care of. Thank you."
"The slowest pickup ever it took me over 20 minutes to get to the store, and I waited 45 minutes for them to bring it to my car! They didn’t even bag everything."
