The young lady working greeted us as we came in and offered her services. So many times when my over 70 friends and I stop at a boutique they just ignore us as old ladies. "I seriously am in awe at how AMAZING The Nines customer service is. I have messaged them several times about items and they respond within the hour. Tonight I ordered a pair of pants, they dropped them off AT MY DOORSTEP within two hours of ordering. They were wrapped cute with a handwritten thank you. Seriously, it is so hard to come by great customer service nowadays but they absolutely surpassed my expectations! Well done, well done!"
"This place has the cutest clothes I love seeing their posts because their clothes are absolutely adorable however I am a big believer in customer service this particular company does not have good customer service every single time that I go in the store they don’t greet you warmly it’s not a welcoming atmosphere it’s not a kind environment. It’s really disappointing and really sad because I absolutely do not Want to shop there Soley because of this. I get it I’m not exactly a tiny person but I do definitely fit into the sizes that they carry so sad and so disappointing"
