"I called to see if they had a product on the night of March 19th or the evening rather. A younger sounding girl answered. She was extremely rude and impatient, told me they did not have a brand that they have carried for years. I was in the middle of talking and she said well ma'am is that all you need??!! Some people should not work in customer service"
"24'Hour store, clean organized, hard to find 24 hours stores in Lincoln anymore. Very busy, nice area of town. Lots of parking, Starbucks close and DQ. Walgreens across the street."
"My long time pharmacy doesn’t take either of my new insurance’s so I changed to cvs. I gave 3 stars for taking fbcbs and my supplement insurance and being open 24 hours. If I had better options, I wouldn’t be here. I should note that my first time was in the afternoon for my child and that lady was delightful. So it’s the night crew. Sorry I work bank hours and couldn’t get my medication at a more convenient time for you. A nicer tone goes a long way when you are dealing with a customer that was never trained on your system."
"We had our meds called in from the hospital 30 minutes before discharge to CVS on 70th and O Street. After discharge, we drove to the pharmacy and waited in the car line for 30 minutes. Once we were up to the window we were told it would be 15 more minutes for a simple antibiotic to be filled. I told them I would wait for in line for 15 minutes until it was filled. They told me I had to move out of line. I told them I would wait as I did not want to start back in line. They said that was not an option, and if I did not move they would call the police on me. I asked what crime I was committing? I asked that they give me 3 minutes to call my home town pharmacy to see if they could have the script transferred. It took 3 minutes to have the conversation with my pharmacy. In that span of time 2 other staff told me to move my car, NOW. After I drove off, I called back later to complain about the rude behavior of the staff and was told by the supervisor that I was not welcome back to their store. Darn, I would love to go back and be treated rudely. I was also told that this was one of the busiest days of the year for them. Note to management, make sure you have enough staff on hand to meet the demand. As a side note, it took my hometown pharmacy 30 minutes to fill the med. I will not be going back to any CVS. I have NEVER been treated so rudely. It was baffling to me. My mind was trying to process, what is happening here???!!!! No one could explain the process that once you wait in line, then are you asked to move out of line, did you need to start the whole process over of re-waiting in line? I was also told by the staff that it was not their fault I chose the car line. Ooooh-kay, but you still did not have my med ready. Standing in line in the store was not an option either. What kind of logic is that? Shout out to Meadowlark Pharmacy in Hickman. CVS needs to learn from you what excellent service looks like."
"I gave these folks in the pharmacy a star because I understand they're probably understaffed etc from what I'm seeing but the level of service is unacceptable. Get told by the machine when I called in my prescription that it'd be ready at 1pm yesterday and in the evening they told me they filled the wrong prescription and to come back tomorrow they were out of my meds. No problem it happens but when I show up at 730 pm the next day and they tell me 10 more minutes which turns into 20 without a sorry 10 more minutes I just walked out because a line started and I don't have time to sit and wait for poor customer service levels tonight. Furthermore this pharmacy has given my mother a prescription for someone with the same name before. Unprofessional, unacceptable, time to switch pharmacies I guess."
