"Glenn sent someone over to clean my hot tub. The guy seemed cool at first. Then I had noticed some sketchy stuff like pictures of my patio speakers in his phone when he was trying to show me something else. Later that night, the guy came back with hot tub chemicals and filters and overcharged me by a lot according to amazon. Glen came and got the stuff and told me he'd replace them and give me more chemicals and filters and would take off money for the next cleaning. He stopped answering my phone calls and never came with the stuff. Basically got robbed."

I finally just went by the office, front desk lady was nice and took my info and scheduled a visit 2 weeks later. On the day the 2 techs just showed up in my back yard taking apart my hot tub, never knocked or annouced themselves. My original problem was a broken hose, they took out a jet and left with it saying they would be back. 3 months later noone ever came back. I tried calling again, and noone answered. Went by the front office, same lady was there still very nice. She said the techs were out of town and when they got back she would call me and schedule to send them back. 3 more months later and still no call back, no jet, hot tub still in pieces, and the hose still broken."
