"Brought in a Dodge Ram, had brakes, tune up, oil change, flushing some fluids, replacing some lights and shocks done along with TS idiot lights. They met expectations and kept us updated till the day set to PU the vehicle which was delayed by waiting for a part where we had to call, we were not in a hurry so it didn't bother us. Everything was done quite well. So far all expectations have been met and pretty top-notch service. We don't drive the vehicle alot so we'll see what the future holds. VERY satisfied so far. Yes"

"Everyone was polite and got my truck in very quickly. I had two issues needing work. One issue was resolved. The other, they were unable or unwilling to do much research to resolve the issue. They asked to take a drive with me to replicate the sounds/issues. They then became aware of the problem I tried to communicate with them. They asked if i wanted to leave my truck longer. But that was the whole point of me bringing it in to professionals to look into it. I told them no, I need my vehicle for everyday commuting. Sucks to be ignored when I shared information I spend time finding for them to do nothing at all. I would use there services again, but I hope in the future they are more willing to work on issues that they are unfamiliar with and not leave the customer hanging."

Communication was good, with a clear description of the issue, and an accurate cost and time to fix provided before work began. They also performed a thorough vehicle health inspection and report, with photos. Glad to have a good auto repair option close by in Rio Rancho."
