"Avoid this place like the plague. Went in for a recall. Was told it would take a year to repair the vehicle. And for each issue with your vehicle there is 150.00 diagnostic charge. I had been avoiding this dump for 10 years after a bad experience buying a car. I guess things don't change. Thanks Pre-fecal Honda. Thanks for the response (Owner). If you weren't a crook you might ( use your name.) I "explained" exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. I was then told I would need a diagnostic test to which I agreed. So then you regurgitated what I already knew for around $150. Ok I will eat it no problem my 70 year old Mother who just went through treatment for cancer needs it. Lets get it done! I was willing to pay a quoted price of $2,000 for the seat belts which is insane. Then you tell me it would be one year. Wow do you want to explain anything else? I bought that car from your dump and you can't repair it in a reasonable time and charge your inflated dealer prices? I think this place is a reflection of the owner. I wish I had time to explain my experience buying a vehicle from you. I am not wasting anymore of my time. I recommend the same. Your response was an attempt to save face and make it sound like I didn't understand. Why not contact me if you apparently know all the details, hell you make it sound like you were there! Another reason not to do business here."

"I had the transmission serviced at a reasonable price. Easy & quick to scheduled they finished within the time frame promised. I travel a lot but I will make it a point to return to this location for more maintainece on my Honda Pilot. Thanx!"

"Always great service. I've yet to have a bad turn at Perfection Honda. You might have to wait for a spur of the moment issue, but they've always worked with me to get my Element back and running smoothly. So if you don't like your mechanic give Perfection a shot and see what happens."

"I've bought several cars there over the years. They do fairly well but the same old story. I've never been to a dealer that didn't do the financial snow job and the ware-them-down until the customer gives up and pays what ever. Don't bother trying to set up a service appointment on line. Just call the service department. Some day the current business model will collapse and we will be able to buy cars in a more humane way."

"Service dept. rep was terrible ! Tried to get us to spend a significant sum of money (close to $2,000) for work that had recently been completed at an out-of-state Honda dealership. This info. was readily available to the male service advisor, but he said that the other Honda dealership's information must have been down. Went to a different service advisor who easily saw the other Honda dealership service record. Be careful !!!"
