"Like others who've reviewed Donny's in Rio Rancho, we didn't know what to expect when we pulled up to a residential setting. My husband was so desperate about his Honda CRV, that he kept the appointment. The mechanics there were super through in finding a dead mouse that no other mechanic or dealer he'd tried had been able to find. Plus Donny's figured out how to block mice from entering the vehicle, which he'd been told was a lost cause by others. It took them some time to accomplish all that, but they had to take so stuff much apart, while being very careful during the process. As a bonus, they cleaned up the inside of the vehicle better than it had been cleaned in years! My husband felt the cost was very reasonable, actually priceless because this work gave him ability to drive the vehicle again, free of dastardly smell of mice. After that, my daughter decided to take her 2 yr. old Toyota to Donny's. A dealer had told her that she needed new suspension and struts. But Donny's mechanics tested and researched the noise that caused my daughter to go to the dealer in the first place. Donny's found she only needed her wheels balanced! They organized that with Discount Tire so she didn't have to take off work to do it. She saved hundreds by going to Donny's. It's been over a month now, and her car drives beautifully. But again, it took more time than it would have to take it to a dealer to replace the ss/struts, because Donny's were so through so they could do a proper job, even though they didn't make very much money on this work. We are all delighted to have found this hidden gem of a mechanic's shop!"
