"Nice place"

"Worst place to live. The only good thing about this place is the location because of the elementary school. Everything is so old here, nothing works, majority of the outlets don't even work, carpets are dirty, old and no matter how much you clean them, they still stink. It's more of an old people's community as they complain about everything here. If your a family with kids, forget it, you can't do anything here as the kids can't play outside. So many things are broken, the rent's are a disgrace, way too high, as its not worth that much. It says no smoking, but people still do it, the neighbors smoked practically all day and did drugs. Told the property manager, the realtor and NOOOOO nobody did anything about it. Unless you want to be ripped off and harassed by the hoa, no help from the realtors and property manager, DON'T MOVE HERE!! WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!!"
