"The owner cancelled the room upon our arrival. She acknowledged that she saw our booking but elected to give the room we reserved over a month ahead of time to her sister. She offered zero assistance in finding replacement accommodations in Farmington. I highly recommend staying anywhere else."

"My wife's business in Farmington was canceled, so we tried to cancel far ahead of time in accordance with their cancellation policy. We tried contacting them twice, got through only once resulting in a promise to cancel/refund. That never happened, so we had to dispute with credit card company (still, way before scheduled stay)."

"This place is truly special; while the rest of Farmington felt pretty commercialized, this B&B was perfectly tucked away against the San Juan River and felt like it was in another, quieter world. Had a great conversation with the owners about sustainable architecture and the history of the building itself, which was constructed using adobe brick. Overall, great hospitality and conversation, peaceful views, and I’d feel comfortable betting this is one of the best places to stay in the area!"

"We were travelling through Farmington, NM, and we stayed at the SILVER RIVER ADOBE INN, a charming Bed & Breakfast rustic hideaway right on the San Juan River. Our room was very cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed views of the San Juan River immediately outside our large and cheerfully bright windows. There were several chairs outside to relax & enjoy the view – but today the weather was rainy & cold! Breakfasts were tasty, delicious and healthy! – Diana is quite health-conscious, so we had wholesome crepes with raspberries one day, and blackberry-chocolate-filled muffins and fresh fruits next morning. Hosts Diana & David were wonderfully gracious throughout our stay, and made sure our accommodations were just right. David is especially knowledgeable about the area, including its history, industry and economics – a fascinating conversationalist. Definitely an enjoyable and relaxing experience, and highly recommended. We plan to come back in the summer."

"I went here about two years ago with a friend and had one of the most memorable experiences. Aside one of the only running rivers in New Mexico the land held so much life and beauty. Sleeping arrangements were lovely with a personal shower. I specifically want to commend the property owners for their hospitality and knowledge. Breakfast was simple, organic, and refreshing after eating out along my trip. They showed me books about native architecture and answered all my questions about the land. Thank you for being outstanding people and inspirations for those who see what greatness this country offers. I recommend this b&b to all who wish to have an enlightening time, its worth every penny."
