Western aligns themselves with Howard Coleman as the installer and his work is poor - see the BBB site for even more information. He promises to be able to repair stucco but the repairs are obvious and glaring. His workers often do not have the proper tools. In addition. Anderson windows - as sold by Western - aren't able to make small windows that don't rattle. Their larger ones are sound; but the small ones are cheap an ineffectively balanced."
