"Do not allow them to open up a new credit card account. Their system glitches out and it does a hard inquiry on your credit and automatically reduces your credit score and because the system glitches out, no credit card is ever issued. Then they blow up your phone with texts and fill up your email account. When you contact corporate headquarters they put you on hold forever until you hang up. Doing business here is like doing business with Russia ¡!!!!!!!@@##!!! Beware of these predators."
