"Bought a small part that was in stock, but took more than 2 hours to arrive at the store. There are signs all over the building that say "buy online, pickup in 30 minutes for in-stock parts". They didn't clarify that it means "in stock at this location". In 2 hours, I can just drive to the other location. This particular store likes to put customers on hold as well. Phone rings 10 times, some guy picks up and puts me on an indefinite hold. Waste of time. To management: Fix your website so customers can discover which store would have an item. Don't make them wait to have it moved from one store to another. A 2 hour wait for a small part is not convenient or helpful. Edit: The other part I ordered finally arrived. I will update this review when a more accurate inventory system is implemented for customers."
