He does not knock and ignores really loud and repetitive calls of “occupied”. Triple check the door to make sure it is locked as well since it is clearly not reliable."

I stopped at another shop and they not able to help me. As soon as I walk into AutoZone, which besides batteries, oil, tools, replacement parts and accessories, it lends tools. Robert the assistant manager answer all my questions and set me up with diagnostic tool to take with me. I had put a deposit for the tool which was reimbursed once I was done. This was a life saver since the tool is priced at $150, essentially AutoZone loan me the tool at no cost. Robert gage all the introduction that was needed to get it to work. I was delighted with the service."
