"Bought a power steering pump that came with a lifetime warranty. It was bad out of the box. They wouldn't warranty it for me. I had to take a loss on it ($200) and bought one from a competitor. It's disappointing as the store is two blocks from my house. It was nice being able to walk over, but I'll have to take my business elsewhere. The staff is nice enough, but they don't seem too concerned about the idea of retaining customers."
