"Their customer service through Ralph David Raby was an awful experience!! We went to the carpet outlet, they came to install our carpet after us having to call them four times they installed the wrong carpet. Ralph David is extremely rude and didn't return phone calls when he said he would and in the end just gave us a $150 back. I would not recommend this place at all!!! In places the carpet makes a crinkling noise. Their customer service sucks. I had gone back-and-forth with them so much. I just gave up."
