"Rude female manager at Cottonwood location. Short, overweight, long curly hair. Guess I'll have to go to one of the other three stores. Customer service is severely lacking anymore. Sad. I come at least once a week but that will change. Went back a couple weeks later. Clerk overcharged me. Pointed out the sale to her, she couldn't find it on the flyer. After she finally found it she rang it up again and overcharged me again. Pointed it out to that male manager and she finally got it right."

"Like their discounts, but if you try to find specific items, it can be a challenge. I tried to find cute kitchen towels, but due to their merchandising strategies, they don't have them all in 1 area. I had to go through every aisle."

They've also got really good decor and decorations for both inside and outside your house. Shopping the seasonal sales is always a good tactic to save money but get some great products."
