"I knew some people who rented a place with these people and they are the absolute worse! They don't treat people with any respect and will not think twice making you homeless for so much as looking at them wrong. I don't know how desperate you may be for a place but from what I personally experienced with the notes and letters texts etc. Shown to me by the victims of this establishment, never rent here! You will regret it. Also there is a nut case they are too afraid to kick out that lives there who will stalk neighbors and just harass people so have fun with that"
