"OK I have reviewed this place 3xs now. Each time it's gotten better. Cody and Stephanie ( Hotel Mangers) have made HUGE improvements. There are still issues with the cleanliness and comfort But, yes there is a but. They are VERY short handed. They have 6-8 employees for a 100 rm hotel. Things get missed. They are in the middle of a remodel. Halls have been painted and new carpet,some rooms as well. Hopefully they can get the hot tub repaired soon too. So if your looking for a place to stay that isn't gonna break the bank this is your place. Just remember you get what you pay for. And it is a reasonable price and a fairly decent place."

"Torn comforter, no replacement could be found, torn bath mat, carpet not vacuumed around edges in rooms, no plug for bathroom sink. Door lock on room quit working last day had to get Staff to get us back into room. Staff was good ,very pleasant to deal with. Tried to help no supplies they could find. Have stayed before and it was good. For price expected better."

"I stayed here July and August summer of 2023 I had a great room. The staff were very nice. They were short at that time of housekeepers, but that was fine with me because I only wanted my room cleaned once a week, location was great. Just a few blocks up the street from the main strip. I had a great stay, I would definitely stay there again if I was in the Hot Springs area."

"We've stayed at this hotel for years and not had a problem, it's just an old Holiday Inn Express that was changed to this Stay USA. This time the room was just not good. We had a few bugs in there but the killer is the bed, hands down the worst beds I've ever slept on, or tried to, ever. Even my kids woke up with sore backs and they can sleep anywhere. We are coming back in November and we are changing hotels. Staff was very nice, and breakfast was good but the beds are just the worst."

"The toilet seat was broken and missing 1/4 of it. The pipes were so loud there was no possibility of sleeping. We requested and got a different room. Much more quiet. Construction currently going on. Pool closed. Good breakfast. Good prices. Restaurant on site for lunch was excellent."
