"To begin my first nights stay, I was in the parking lot getting some stuff from my vehicle. Customers of the hotel were leaving telling me that wasp had invaded their room and the hotel. I thought nothing of it, until I walked in. Wasp were all over the hallways and stairwells. My room was clean of wasp although the room had no climate control and was 77 degrees (picture proof) and was still 77 the following night(24 hours later with thermostat at 60 degrees.) decided I would open the window to cool the room down. No screen, exited to a roof line with no fire escape. So now I have a window with no screen, no fire escape, and a wasp invested property and no way to cool the room down. No help from the front desk and I slept in my vehicle. 10/10 experience, couldn’t recommend more. Oh and the window isn’t connected to the frame of the building and has to be hand opened and shut without using the mechanism provided :)"
"Do not stay here. I booked the room online. Checked in. There were dead bugs all over the floor. The bed was terrible. One of the workers barged in while we were in there without knocking. After this I didn't want to stay there. The receptionist said they could make it like I was never there and that I'd get a refund, however, I checked the next day on my account and I was still charged. I called and they refused to issue a refund due to their policy. Please do not waste your money at this place."
"Would not recommend staying here. The lobby and hallways smell of must or cigarette smoke, depending where you are. Rooms were average, but there was so much dirt and hair in the shower it makes you wonder how much they clean, if at all. Manager was abrasive with guests. There are much better options in the area."
"For a 2-star hotel, I give it 4 stars on value. The room was clean and I didn't face any issues during my stay. The front desk staff was friendly too. I just took off 1 star for the breakfast which was decent, but there was not enough seating. For a hotel this big, you can't have just 2 tables in a small area. Would otherwise recommend staying here based on location and convenience."
"For a couple, I figured a single queen size bed would be big enough - my mistake, should have sprung for one bed per person. Limited pillow & blanket availability (didn't want to bother the guy at the front desk, he seemed to be working alone AND taking care of a newborn). Bed itself had some questionable signs, but decided to chance it - no bug bites, so I was grateful for that. Bathroom hadn't been thoroughly cleaned between guests - opened bar of soap at the sink (for purposes of conservation, this is forgivable) and urine stains still on the toilet (upset stomach gave me plenty of time to look closely at it). Additionally, bathroom layout was unusual and tub/shower was unusually triangular and narrow. Hardwood floors were kinda sticky, indicating that they were probably mopping the entire room with used/dirty water. Pool was tiny, large enough to splash around in; room for complimentary breakfast was likewise tiny, room enough for 5-6 people to eat and food options limited to coffee, juice, waffles, bagels, and cereal. Some older guys hanging out just outside of the entrance too, didn't entirely feel safe. Good price though, around $90 for the one night."
