"We had an unexpected detour due to a family emergency and many hotels were sold out. I am glad we found this amazing place! The hosts were very kind and helpful and treated us like family. The beds were very comfy and I had a much needed long, hot shower. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. They even helped me with charging my electric vehicle! Great place and great people!"
"Ok y’all, buyer beware. This place has super scary ways to steal your hard earned money. I called, read that again, I called and made a reservation. Never used the website. Due to an emergency, I emailed them to cancel my reservation 5 full days before my arrival time. I never received a reply email. Shayla decided to pull an amount out of the air and charge my cc without my authorization. Thus, fraud/unauthorized use of my debit card. When I called she said, we’ll you should have known the cancellation policy. How could I, she never told me on the phone when I made the reservation. She also said it’s on the website, hello, I DID NOT USE THE WEBSITE, I called like her email instructed me to do, and just to be clear she NEVER told me about the cancellation policy while I was on the phone making my reservation. I have phone records to confirm the call. Well, my bank is disputing the transaction. I’m also contacting Fall River County Small Claims Court. This type of action will not be tolerated. You can’t expect someone to follow your policy if it’s not given to them. Shame on you guys and remember god is watching."
"Stayed in this unique pet friendly cabin with my wife and pup. We really enjoyed the amazing views, patios and firepits. The hosts were super friendly and even made us homemade biscuits and gravy in the morning. The resort was nice and quiet and we had a ton to do around the area."
