"What a sorry excuse for a property management company. I wouldn’t waste a breath of time on these sorry people. It’s honestly Super sad, gave a bunch of elderly people a lawyer written letter evicting all of them due to flooding and didn’t even offer any help. Gave them 5 days to leave the property or forfeit their security deposits. Sad that this company feels it’s okay to treat our elderly this way. Thank god for our awesome community and everyone dropping everything to help these people. I shut down my own business to help total strangers but these people who own this company couldn’t even have the consideration to help their own clients. I’d find a different company to use. Will not recommend to anyone."

"Hello This is Dennette Flying By. my four kids n I are a current residence Elk View II #211 Eagle Butte South Dakota. I am wondering if this housing business is going to move us into a safe and better home? The weather is super cold here and my house been without windows, both front and back doors are broken, big giant hole under the front porch, all the vents are not hooked up theres constant cold air flowing through the whole house... What are me and my kids supposed to do??... Im speechless because Ive been telling them, and also asking them to do a walk through inspection to move us into a better home.. My kids and I are basically living in a icebox not to mention COVID."
