"The staff are amazing and so nice and helpful. The location is great just right off of I90 and super easy to get to and from. The pool and hot tub were closed but looked great. They have great breakfast choices including a waffel station. The rooms a decorated and furnished well and very clean. The only thing that was bad was the mattress's were worn and very uncomfortable."

"Not up to what I usually experience at Quality Inns. Mostly clean...linens and sink and toilet and shower. But floor, walls, handles and the like not so much. Cords for hairdryer were icky. Coffee maker didn't look too clean and only 1 cup in the room..a paper cup not wrapped in plastic. A lot of things removed but still holes in the wall...pictures, hooks, etc. like in the middle of some renovation and stopped. An iron but no ironing board even though nails to hold it there. Desk person did go find one for me. One side of mirror wood frame missing. No table and only 1 rickety chair so no place to sit other than bed in a double queen room with potentially 4 people. Not enough lamps...dark in the room. Ice bucket but no ice machine. Light outside room lit up room so much not even close to dark enougn to sleep. Could hear people talking at front desk at 3 am. Pool not working. Breakfast very limited. The desk person Thursday night was very nice and helpful but nothing she could do about the room condition. It was overpriced for condition. Many other better options nearby. I won't stay here again."

"Location is great and the staff was friendly but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. You will hear everything that goes on in the rooms around you, including loud water running sounds, voices and footsteps of those in the floor above. Sink took 20 or 30 minutes to drain the the toilet didn't flush properly. Room seemed pretty clean. The hot tub was broken but the pool was open during my stay. The ice machine was also not working. Overall, it seems like a pretty low budget operation. The owner needs to spend some money on upgrades and maintenance pretty badly. I would stay here again if I had to but there are better options close by."

"Unfortunately our stay wasn't the greatest. The only staff that was friendly was the couple with the baby (not sure their names). We only had 2 towels in our room with no wash cloths or hand towels. I was told on day 2 of our stay that they would clean our room and change everything on day 4. I just wanted the trash taken out and some toilet paper and clean towels. Day 5 I made sure our room was completely spotless when we were checking out. This entire time we did not have any clean towels, or our trash changed. I am not sure what exactly you pay for? The breakfast was very poor.. Thankfully the last day we stayed they had some more cereal and breads put out that we could choose from. I didn't feel comfortable having my children on the bottom floor by the vending machines without me. I witnessed a woman have quite a few men coming in and out of her room while I was down there. Also witnessed a drug deal by the back door. This is very sad... we went over to the fairfield hotel to swim and they had terrible things to say about the people "running" the quality inn... we found out the hard way what they meant. It was very very sad... it is being ran by a lowlife family that cannot afford a home so they all work and live at the hotel."

"This hotel needs a lot of work. The pool and hot tub was out of order. No hot breakfast ,tub vent hanging from ceiling in our room, we have a garden tub in our room and you can hear water flowing through the valve over the noise of our air conditioner they said it is because the room next door is using water??? , the ice machine is not working. The girl at the front desk was nice."
