"The staff at Fairfield Spearfish are extremely accommodating and welcoming. Our soccer club booked a block for a tournament and when we needed to change the block to a different weekend the staff changed 20+ rooms requiring our families to do nothing. They also volunteered to make signs for our players with their individual names and numbers on them. We were welcomed to the hotel with a sign in the lobby cheering on our team. They also extended breakfast hours and allowed us use of the breakfast area in the evening so families could visit. We will be back next year!! ⚽️"

"Not sure if I’d stay here again. When I arrived, I had checked in with a mobile key and was informed that they couldn’t find me. After they found my reservation with my mobile key, I was told “let’s hope there is no one else in your room” which was not okay! Then I needed to check out only to see the Manager and the front desk agent outside on a smoke break. What great customer service. F for customer service for sure!"

"The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very nice. The hot breakfast was delicious and the kids loved it. Tim, the breakfast attendant did a great job keeping it stocked and is very kind! We will be back for sure! The pool and hot tub were great too."
