Rocksino by Hard Rock Deadwood 685 Main Street, Deadwood, SD 57732

"We used to make a special trip into Deadwood to Hickock's for the pizza. Now that Rocksino opened up, we again made a special trip in for the pizza. The bar remodel is very nice, but the pizza is best described as "meh". The pizza is now thin crust (before it would have been considered "original" crust), it's about 1/3 smaller for the same price, and the sauce is too sweet. Bummer..."

"We visited at the end of Sturgis and the new/remodeled casino is now one of our favorites. Ignore the negative reviewer complaining a casino isn't big enough. It's deadwood, it's historic, it's not possible to add space where it doesn't exist. Great vibe, great service, employees were friendly and amazing. It's very modern inside now, the bar is huge, and the layout is nice. It doesn't feel like a grimey smoke filled casino and you can tell they're catering to the new age millennial and Gen Z gamblers. Huge improvement. Complimentary drinks of your choice were flowing steady with employees paying close enough attention that your glass never would be empty. Every drink type we asked for was complimentary."

"I didn't get to eat, but the food looked and smelled delicious. Our bartender was friendly and prompt. The atmosphere was lovely. Especially the patio outside with an amazing view of outlaw square! Will be back to try something on the menu."

"Compared to the other casinos this one is tiny. There is hardly any room in the building. We have been to other Hard rock establishments and were excited for this to be coming to Deadwood. Complete let down. All they did was slap the name Hard Rock onto an already existing establishment. The food was also very bland. We had the Fry bread tacos and I drank more of my water than what I ate of my food. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else."

"Rocksino is the best place in Deadwood to have fun! The bartenders went out of their way to accommodate my order! The food there was great, too!I won $391.00 on the quarter slot machine after 4 tries! Being able to see the group "Sublime" was an extra bonus, thanks to the Rocksino. Great experience!!!!"
