"We are giving it a 5 star as the wife and I have been staying here twice a year for over 2 decades. The staff and the hotel are excellent. However, our recent reservation was screwed up by the new manager. We had booked a room back in June. We received a call yesterday to tell us that we were going to have to stay at a different hotel.so we canceled. We are not sure if we will able to make it again this year, as we have to reschedule our time off. Plus and the most important thing is not sure if our dog sitter can watch our girl. Deb is awesome if you need to book a room talk to her."
"This place was amazing! Very cool old hotel, comfy beds, huge unique bathroom and jet tub! We were in a corner room on the second floor so we had the views of the Main Street and outlaw theater! Gambled away $5 at 6am so that was cool. Parking was tricky..they do offer free parking in the parking garage down the street so make sure you grab everything you need! All around one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. We will definitely be back!"
"The front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in and squared away with our parking. Rooms were clean with high ceilings, old style looks with good amenities including a jetted tub. The staff in the casino and bar were extremely busy and they worked diligently with a smile on their face. Pizza was great too"
