"Jim can come off a bit rough on the phone, but he was super nice in person. The tongue broke off my trailer as I was passing through town and I wasn't sure what to do. Jim stayed late to get it welded back on so I could get back on the road toward home the same day. You don't find many people like him who still go that far out of their way to help people. I really appreciated everything he did, and the tongue is stronger than it's ever been."

"I was broke down on my bike just passing through the state. This guy showed up first thing in the morning welded up my broke fender strut and then helped me get the bike back together did a good job and I’m pretty sure it was his day off. Hopefully I never do but if I’m in this area again and need some welding done I’ll be going back to him."
