"It's a great place to get a good deal, especially on lotions/shampoo (Neutrogena, Aveeno L'Oreal), baby items, some pet items (litter rugs, toys, potty pads, dishes, beds), kitchen (utensils, organizers, rugs, pans) and bathroom items. The prices are good. It is very messy and unorganized, but I think if customers treated the store with a little more respect, the employees there might be able to catch up and keep it organized... I think it is an endless cycle of chaos. Also, most of the clothes are not to my taste, but they have nice underwear at a great price. I have gotten multiple baby gifts for $5-20 that look high-end and are cheaper than big box stores. My bathroom is 100% decorated (towels, rugs, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, and picture) from there under $50."
"This place is a complete disaster. Trash and merchandise all over the floors. Nothing is where it is suppose to be. This is the most disorganized and trashy store I have ever been into. And that’s saying a lot I have been to stores all across the United States and this is by far the worst. The owner and management team should be very ashamed. There is no leadership and apparently no employee rules to get the place looking presentable. I will never return to this store just fire all of these lazy employees and close down for good."
"I give them kudos, they have really improved with how much they offer and the store looks a little better. It is getting into the seasonal time right now and I feel that you should map out where the cash register line starts. I had no clue and I ended up in the line where the jewelry counter is as I was coming from that side of the store, and by the time someone told me that wasn’t the line and I had to walk all the way around. I had about eight more people in front of me. Extremely frustrating especially when I was in a time crunch."
"This is the line at Ross's. Asked one of the ladies, with long air, red shirt, older, no glasses, white, if she was trained on the register. Her response was, "the cashiers that are cashiering today are here." And laughed. Huge line and she confirms that she knows how to run register. Doesn't help or anything. Unbelievable."
"Not really that bad, but then again it’s 1:30 pm on a Monday. I noticed at least 3 employees and at the front counter was a nice young woman and no wait. I’m on vacation and didn’t pack for the cold weather. Found and bought a New Balance lightweight jacket for under $50 + walked to and from my hotel all in under 20 minutes, can’t beat that."
