"My mother and I were looking for petite clothing. It took me several minutes to find a employee near the women's plus department. I was told Macy's no longer has a petite department, but some of their pants have a "s" for "short." I thanked the lady, and we left. I did find clearance racks with some good prices for tops."

"I found what I wanted here but it was sad to see the my girlfriend and I were the only ones in the store and what employees were on duty followed us around my class seat because they thought that we were stealing stuff and it kind of ruins the experience, but on the other hand the gal of the sunglasses counter was amazing I dropped over $500 there and she was a very friendly person"

"Sold me a $300 Citizen watch. Only lasted a year before it broke. Took the watch back for repairs. When I called for an update, over a mother later, they notified the repairs would cost more than the original purchase price. They made me jump through hoops to get any answers. Thank god I kept all the original paperwork and taken photos. When they had no more excuses to not help me they just said “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do for you”. I won’t be shopping there anymore, and you shouldn’t either. Low quality products and inferior service."

"The store had a good selection of men's items. Staff was friendly. Men's fitting rooms are absolutely horrible missing ceiling tiles. Fitting room doors don't lock, and doors are half broken. Broken fixtures throughout the store, missing ceiling tiles, and noticeable water damage on the ceiling throughout the store."

"We had good help from staff but in the end we were unable to find what we needed as they didn't have the size we were looking for."
