"My elderly mother had a clogged toilet. AAA made 3 trips in 3 days to run a snake out to clear it. She was charged $800. When my mother asked why she was charged, when the problem wasn’t fixed on the first 2 trips, the woman on the phone told her the warranty didn’t count because “they got something out every time they worked on it.” Three visits in 3 days. Doesn’t that mean the problem wasn’t fixed the first 2 times? This business is unethical and dishonest."

"I'm so grateful for these guys. I had a suspicious smell coming from my shower which the plumber couldn't identify (note: it wasn't related to the plumbing) and as a single, new home owner with minimal experience in all things "house", this sent me into a full blown panic attack. The technician recommended I call a fire department since no one could identify the odd smell, so I did and the plumber worked with the fire department to identify any sources of the smell. He also managed to fix my leaking waterline in the middle of all of this. And they're very cheap as opposed to other companies in town that have been known to charge exorbitant fees for basic fixes. I will be hiring triple A for every single plumbing need in the future. I feel so safe knowing they were able to help me in an emergency. "

"Phoned Sunday morning spoke to a very helpful person. Explained water heater had gone out and would likr to possibly be put on the list for Monday. Never got call back Monday AM. So, I phoned person told me never sees messages left and we weren't on the list. Water heater still on warranty until 2024. Sticker on water heater showing 12 year warranty with expiration date. She questioned warranty, keep records!!!!! Asked about on demand water heater? She said she would have to speak to her boss. Found another plumber to start installation of on demand water heater that same day. You have lost an almost 20 year loyal customer."

"I would recommend AAA Plumbing to ANYONE!!! They are the absolute best in every aspect. After having our main drain back up (which they cleared - trip 1) and then it going dry and finding a tiny crack in the pipe (trip 2), they came out to replace a piece of the drain - which they had to remove part of the concrete, fix the pipe, and re-concrete (trip 3). All three times Rob was the one that came (trip 3 he had a helper). He was the most professional & honest plumber I have ever worked with. BEST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER!!"

"Our water heater was giving us problems and I told them it was not an emergency, but they still got me scheduled for the next day. Shortly after they called back and said they could do it that day. Steve and Steven were here within 45 minutes. They were both very polite and knowledgeable and took great care to protect the carpet in the finished portion of our basement with a plastic runner. They replaced our very old 80 gallon brick lined water heater, which gave them a lot of problems. They were both very professional and easily handled all the issues as the came up. I would highly recommend AAA Plumbing."
