"No one would help me find anything in the store and it shouldn’t take 3 people to mix paint as 2 employees stand there and watch and wouldn’t help anybody that stood there and waited for help and asked for help like myself. Bad customer service"

First off let me just say Lowe’s rapid city sd is the best place for everything you need I was at Menards this morning at 7:00am and was fallowed out by what I assumed was a manager he was wearing prescription glasses and a taser on his hip he watched me like I was a bad guy because my appearance was not what he saw fit for his store so I felt racially profiled. He then stood in the door way of the building watching me walk towards my car I turned around and asked if he had a problem he said the store had a problem that morning in a hour this store already had a problem damn not a good store for start. Then I tell him I will not be doing business with that establishment he then responds with I don’t care I told him have a good day he says you as well store manager big guy Menards of rapid city South Dakota 710 N CREEK DR, RAPID CITY, SD 57703 you have a wonderful day no longer a customer. I recommend Lowe’s from now on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I've been visiting this store since it originally opened. It was sad to see them close down the local hardware stores over the years, but they've been able to supply good products for less money. Now that we're in 2024, their online ordering has been great. The lumber yard beats hauling stuff out of the other big box store by cart. Their holiday stuff is pretty nice, too. The 11% sale used to be something I looked forward to... now that it's ALWAYS going on, I just factor the cost of the item in. They still have a lot of things that are considerably cheaper than their competition."

"Visited Menards 2 weeks ago and been there like 4 times after that. You can practically find anything you need here. From Hand tools to power tools, Plumbing supplies fittings glue insulation to Electrical,. Carpentry tools and lumber too They even have clothing and Groceries and all at Competitive prices."

"Very great full for the he helpful folks working here. Everyone I encountered was more than friendly, knowledgeable, and all round helpful. I was surprised to find that the shelves seemed empty. Some things like small tubes of almond colored call weren't available. Prices are fair and seemed on par with other stores selling comparable items. Over all my shopping experience was good."
