"I want to preface this by saying the gentleman that worked on my key fob popping out the battery was very kind while doing itand that I understand mistakes happen. But please have a chat with your guys about being really careful with the parts inside key fobs. These keys are ridiculously expensive to get recut or redone at the dealership. The guy who worked on replacing my battery broke off the nub that keeps my extra key in the fob as it is a Kia smart fob. Unfortunately there is no fixing this problem besides using a whole new fob. It seems like something minor but now I have to spend $250 for a new key fob that worked 5 minutes ago. Bummed out not sure what to do or how they can help but hope they are just a little more careful next time."
