"I went in looking for ink for two of my printers. The sales associate, James, went above and beyond to help me find the correct ones. He even suggested that I sign up for the Business Select program and showed me a printer that was a great price on sale! I had hurt my knee and James helped me get the new printer and a case of paper to my car. What a help that was! I wish all stores had sales associates that cared as much as James did! Great job!"

"I went looking for a new office chair. They had a great selection of chairs all out and ready to be tried. I found the perfect chair. I asked a young man, who was tall and had brown curly hair, if he had the chair in a box. He instantly stopped what he was doing and gave me his full attention. I was instantly amazed on how personable and attentive he was while being so young. He grab the box for the chair, took it to the front for me, noticed there was a line and offered to check me out on a spare side register. He made sure that I signed up for the membership as the chair was rather expensive and I would earn a decent amount of rewards with the purchase. I even told him "no" at first and he very skillfully convinced me to sign up still. He then took the office chair out to my car and helped me load it into my small Civic. His customer service was top notch and beyond his years."

"The employees are helpful and polite. I did the curbside pickup thing for the first time, but it did not go as planned. My order was lost, but now it's found. The store is clean. Not a bad experience going there. Sometimes I have to order online when I wish they had the product in the store, but that's 2024, heh?"
