"There’s no reason to speak to any of the employees at this Lowes. Most of the blue vest wearing people avoid eye contact and busy themselves in an effort to avoid customer interaction. But when I do need to interact with someone they’ve never given any accurate information. I wonder if you have to prove how ineffective you’ll be as an employee before you get the vest?"
"So so impressed with Ricky from the appliance department. He took the time to explain differences in the dishwashers to us and also gave us space to consider our options. He was cheerful and so helpful and considerate from the floor to loading our new dishwasher. He is a big part of the reason we chose to purchase our dishwasher from Lowe’s! Also super happy with our quiet and amazing whirlpool dishwasher he helped us find. Thanks Ricky for your help and kindness."
"The worst customer service ever. We have spent thousands with this place over the last few months and they are awful. We understand being short handed but plenty of people standing around doing nothing. Can't get help loading drywall. Choose to do a pick up order and they bring out clearly broken items then walk away when we say we are not accepting those items. Ask for help...no one ever comes. Do an exchange then someone is paying attention because they want proof we paid! Customer service training is highly recommended for all staff except Malcom. Malcom is amazing."
"Won’t return to a Lowe’s after this. Went in searching for a specific cabinet set up. Noticed the cabinet lady was with a costumer and didn’t want to interrupt I also didn’t catch her name. As I waited a short time she asked if she could help me. I explained my two options to her and she replied “well which is it” this was in such a rude manner the customer she was helping even glared at her. I told her I’d figure it out myself and walked off. I found a different service member and told her I needed to speak with a manager. She rudely replied “what for” I just repeated myself at this point. I went and found a cart as she found me a manager of the cabinets. I made it back to the cabinet area. The nice lady that was being helped by the female I had already had issues with came up to me and apologized for her actions. She also informed me the cabinet lady called me rude and she didn’t think I was rude at all. She also informed me the cabinet lady had been very rude to her. She left and I met with the manager of the cabinets. I explained the situation to him. He apologized and thanked me for the information. Stating he would look into it. He thanks me saying he couldn’t fix the issues if he didn’t know he had one. I believe this is false and he knows he had some issues with her in the past. Went to check out and met Sam. She didn’t say a word didn’t ask me if I found everything or anything. She argued with me about the cabinets being the same kind and eventually rung me up and believed me… she didn’t ask me if I needed help loading them or anything else not even have a good day.. She just walked off like she owned the place. Do avoid Lowes shop small local hardware stores or Menards in town.! This place is the worst I’d give them a 0 if I could.!!!!"
"I went in needing a coupling for a sink hose but couldn't find what I was looking for. Asked an employee if I could get some help, so he promptly called me some help on the PA. Good job that guy, he didn't know, so he tried to find me help. The problem is that no help ever arrived, even after I approached the customer service desk to ask again for assistance. Thirty minutes later I left without purchasing anything. So then I drove to ACE Hardware and was immediately assisted by a very knowledgeable man. I guess the moral of the story is that Lowe's is great if you know exactly what you need and exactly where to find it. Otherwise, you better take the 10 extra minutes and go to an actual hardware store."
