"I had never been to any At Home stores before. I was expecting a store similar to Hobby Lobby. This store was super unorganized and messy. Not impressed. I saw such great Christmas items online and had high expectations. Was not impressed. Came upon it while on vacation glad I hadn't driven far."

"I visit your store often. You have alot of inventory. Not sure if you don't have adequate staff to maintain your store but it's filthy. If you walk around the store the floors are dirty especially around the perimeter of the store. Clean it up some it would be nice."

"Last week, Wednesday, while browsing I came across a chaise lounge chair that was marked 50% off. The display has no price (which most don’t) but the two on the bottom shelf in boxes were price $349.99 and both had a red 50% off picture. Deciding to think on it, I did not return until the following Monday to see if it was still available and on sale. Both boxes still there and still marked 50% off. I made arrangements to borrow a family member’s vehicle on Tuesday to be able to haul it home. On Tuesday after getting it up to the Register the cashier said, “Let’s see if this is actually on sale.” Puzzled I waited for her to scan it, she announced, “Oh, yea it’s on sale for $199.99.” I questioned that it was 50% off and her response was, “No, we have teens come in a switch around stickers all the time.” When I tried to explain these have been marked this way for about a week. She stated that they can’t keep up with fixing all the switched stickers. An extra $25 more than what I was planning on spending was not the issue. It was the principal. As a customer I should’ve been given the “advertised” price. It is not my fault the system is flawed and the lack of staff can’t keep it organized. I did not buy the lounge chair. And I doubt I will ever shop there again."

"I want to thank the manager of the store, Chelsea for providing excellent customer service and understanding with our situation that both Chelsea and I faced this morning. She assisted us with care and even though we where a frustrated customer, we developed an understanding and resolution with in a timely manner. She is awesome! I will continue to be a customer at, At Home. Additionally, the store is always clean, well organized and always has the things I need. Employees are always welcoming, kind and professional."

"Large disorganized store. It's kinda fun to look but I'd never buy something here. They have a whole section dedicated to holidays year round. It's bad enough when store put out their stock early, but year round? That's really annoying."
