"I had a belt that needed to be sized down and due to the inscription on the end of the belt it needed to be done at the buckle. They fixed in a week, did an amazing job and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend ."
"Two stars because i feel bad leaving a 1 star review on a family owned business page. You guys actually ruined a perfectly good $200 doc. It just needed heat and pressure to be repaired instead I have sticky glue all over the side of my boot as well as the same split on my sole. Above all. You shaved my boot to make it look even. Why would you tell me you can help if you cant? My 20 dollar "repair" ruined my new boots dude. Im kinda bummed about the whole experience. Not sure this can be fixed now."
"I brought a 200$ pair of red cloud collective pants here to have the waist brought in. When I received them initially they were WAY to tight and I couldn’t even fit my hands into the pockets. I brought them back to have it fixed. When I picked them up the second time they look completely butchered and are already showing loose threads and signs of failure. They also removed and either threw away or kept the leather brand patch from the waist of the pants. I’m very disappointed with this experience and am super bummed I’ll need to be re purchasing such an expensive pair of work pants. Photos attached"
