"Confidence plumbing installed the tankless water heaters for our neighborhood when it was being built in 2017. Today we learned that they did not install the tankless water heaters with the appropriate and up to code drainage pipes, causing the pipes to erode and leak. They told my husband they only warranty their work for one year. I’ve learned that many people in our neighborhood have found the same problem with their tankless water heaters installed by Confidence. It sounds like the up to code pipe is standard for installation and this was just cruddy, lazy, cheap work. I do believe confidence Plumbing may be setting themselves up for a nice class action lawsuit"

"Richmond American Homes contracts Confidence Plumbing. We bought a brand new build this year and the water takes forever to warm up in the master bath sinks. We timed it recently and it took 2 minutes and 4 seconds to get warm. I've went all the way through Richmond's corporate offices but the process comes to a hault because "Steve" at Confidence plumbing says everything was installed correctly. Richmond refuses to do anything because of Steve saying this. Never in my live have I lived somewhere where it takes that long for water to warm up. People in the same builds in the same community says their water heats up in seconds like normal. Yet we're supposed to believe there's not a problem."
