"Do not move here. I am looking to get an attorney!!! so I’ve been paying my rent and I knew I probably was 100 or $200 behind and I would advise that to the manager. I would speak to her for a long time going in the office and not once does she ever say it was more than 100 or $200 well I got a call last Saturday And the ladie specified that I owed $700 more on my rent from last year which I had no clue about. then I didn’t proceeded to say well what month or when was it she states she doesn’t really know and she would send me the ledger, so I can find where I owe money. I then proceeded to tell her that you’re calling me but don’t know where I owe money yet. You just know I owe 700 and then on top of that they let it add up which I had no idea I owed that amount so then I asked her. Why are you guys just now letting me know why was I never informed, there was never a letter on my door saying I was late this much amount they just let it accrue until it became a big amount and now they want me to pay my base rent plus the $700 which I’m not able to do . they’re trying to kick me out of this apartment. They knew what they were doing. I’ve been over here for four years, so I let her know I can’t pay that right now. I can only pay my base rent and maybe I’m able to pay that amount some other time which she didn’t care. sometimes I pay my rent not until the 15th or sometimes later it’s only the 11th and they put a 10 day demand on my door a 10 day Demand!!!!!!! Not a late fee notice or anything I’ve never had this packet on my door that SOON Also, when I moveD buildings because there was a rat infestation, they knew this building I was moving to a roach infestation, and I still move in here. So I am pissed and I will be seeking legal action because what they’re doing is not right with both of these things do not move over here and the maintenance are creepy. They like to go up to little girls and talk to them without their mothers. There’s soooo much more I can say!"
"I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that after being here for almost a month, we are still unable to use our clothes washer and dryer. When we reported a water leak from the hole in the pipe under our son's sink, the management initially seemed proactive in dealing with this issue. They quickly called in the restoration company Belfor and had fans drying the floor all weekend. They also assured us that they would replace our old washer and dryer set, as the dryer had caught fire while we were trying to dry the towels we used to clean up the mess from the pipe. However, it's been two weeks since the fans were removed and we haven't heard anything from the management about either issue. This is unacceptable, and I expect the management to fulfill their promises and resolve these issues promptly. I hope this is not an indication of how they will handle future issues for the remainder of our lease."
"Editing my review because again theyve proven their absolute negligence and overall passive attitude towards tenants, and they only respond through google reviews apparently .We’ve had ongoing maintenance issues and for past few days, coolant is leaking from our apartment into the downstairs unit so we’ve had a huge air conditioner running all that time. We’ve gotten the runaround from everyone who “works” there and absolutely no answers. One the2 occasions my husband actually physically tracked down the manager to get some kind of communication, her answer is, “hvac should be here soon “and “ it’s number one on my list”. Then radio silence and nothing happens. There is mold everywhere and there has been absolutely no rush to do anything about it. Spend your money elsewhere. There has been a huge sofa just sitting outside our apartment building for 3 weeks, and another sofa was added to the pile this morning. It’s disgusting and they do not keep up with cleanliness. It’s also impossible to reach anyone by phone. Other than that, the size of the apartment is great for the price but beware that it looks like you’re living in shantytown on the outside."
"Great apartments so far! Jake and Amanda are extremely friendly! I had a few issues with my apartment when I first moved in but the maintenance staff came and handled it in a timely manner! They were really cool and down to earth also! Loving it here so far!"
