"Review should be zero stars. Stayed in this complex for two years and was there for the change in management. Prepare yourself for cockroaches and bed bugs, completely uncaring and unprofessional management, disgusting hallways and overpriced rent and utilities. The management company should be ashamed of its own incompetence and obvious money hungry actions. Don't move here. Also the new construction being done is surprisingly making the building look worse (doesn't help that they obviously hire the cheapest help they can)."

"I’ve been having Technical Maintenance issues with in the building ever since I’ve signed my leasing agreement witch has been causing technical issues with in my unit and I’m steadily being over CHARGED an under Compensated for technical issues I’m not causing with in the Buildings maintenance management. How Can I Get Help!!!"

"Just moved in. There are cockroaches and bed bugs. There’s new renovations but they don’t fix behind those which has rotting walls and more bugs hiding. Also all ground units don’t have AC, something they don’t mention on their site or ad or anywhere. Screens are broken. Smells like cigarettes all over the place. I really want to love this place if these weren’t an issue since it’s quite spacious and enough parking. On the bright side, the maintenance guys are super nice and helpful."

"A/C unit doesn’t work nor does Heater. Had a roach problem before we moved here that they didn’t mention and the showroom on the first floor has new appliances but the apt you actually move to has really old ones that malfunction. Our stovetop smokes and catches fire (you read that right) on high heat. No office and the neighbors walk through the hallways smoking cigarettes. I wanna like this place but i have an infant and smoking stoves and freezing temps inside aren’t cool. EDIT: AC fixed but it’s something wierd going on here I wait for bug spray folks for months and months and they happen to come by the one day I go outta town I guess some of the neighbors work for the company and report when they see you leaving which is hella suspect. Then they don’t knock and just walk in when they want to whether you’re home or not. Last time I told the building manager “that’s not cool I’m from Texas I’m armed someone could get hurt”. This dude tells the company I “threatened his life” lmao like grip your nuts dude you ballsy enough to walk in on my wife breastfeeding."
