"I will give it a big zero if possible. I used to live there for long time. The manger is so rude especially with children. And it became a nightmare after the remodeling. They changed the carpet flooring with a wood floor. The squeaking noise is improbable. Forget about sleeping day or night. Not recommended at all."

"We lived there for a long time, everything was ok and nice until they remodel the apartment, everything was remodeled and replaced except the wood floor, I do not know if they installed the new wood floor above the old or they just kept the old with a new paint whatever they did it made the wood floor worse and make a lot of squeaking noice when you step on it , it’s so cheap that’s you can hear your neighbors walking above you walking !!! Yes you heard me you can hear them walking , taking a shower! It’s like you live in a house basements, you are not gonna be able to sleep or rest . Also it has a safety concern, it’s open from all areas homeless and strangers can easily have access to the apartment. Expensive , with their price rate of 2 bedroom apartment you can easily rent a town home. I do not recommend anyone to live there as of the date of this rating until they fix the wood floor which I doubt."

"Moved out almost a year ago, and after living in a good apartment I now see how bad that one was! Worth paying more for a safer environment!! You’re neighbors probably will look at you with death and you’ll get a ton of maintenance notices that will never happen. Also maintenance may just come in randomly, always keep the deadbolt!!"

"Lived here for a 6 month lease. The apartments themselves are very decent and large for the price. Another perk is that these are some of the most recently built units in the area. We had a third floor 2/2 which was very spacious (1000+ sq. ft.) and quiet. The gas fireplace and large covered patio were nice touches (although we came to find that running the fireplace SIGNIFCANTLY increased our monthly utility bill..) They kept the apartment complex fairly clean and responded to maintenance issues efficiently. The only downsides to living at South Oneida are the lack of amenities (the "gym" was a joke), and dealing with the incompetent office/management personnel. They pretty much dropped the ball every step of the way, from being late providing the documentation for the lease, not responding to several requests in a timely manner, and taking over 2 months to respond when we expressed interest in extending our lease. The office manager/owner's rep was particularly cold and rude. Also, the unit was quite filthy when we moved in. We ended up leaving because of these issues with the management, and also due to them raising the rent $100 after only 6 months of living there (while rents were going down at many other complexes in the area). It just wasn't worth it to stay. I would say for the price they are asking for these units now, there are better options in the area with better amenities and hopefully, more competent office staff."
