"Would rate 0 stars if I could. Maintenance is a joke, they never fix anything. They do a great job brooming the parking lot and driving around the complex though? The washers and dryers are always breaking by the way ! Everyone who works here seem to hate their jobs. Office people are terrible at communicating and when they do finally answer they always have attitude. Parking is so bad due to some cars not even moving! Most neighbors have 2-4 vehicles per lease. Oh! Make sure to keep a copy of your money orders! That way the office people don’t say you haven’t paid rent . For the price you pay here and with all the problems the apartments come with , you’re better off renting elsewhere !"
"The apartments themselves are okay. The neighborhood is becoming iffy. The mailboxes get broken into about once every couple of years. In September 2022 a bunch of people's cars had the windows smashed. A few months ago someone broke the lock casing of my car's driver's side door handle off. There were some pretty gnarly crimes in the surrounding neighborhood in fall 2023, both at Bible Park and right around the corner on Quebec. The people at the leasing office are usually pretty nice, but overall not good at communication, none of the mailbox or security issues were ever shared with the community by them. Also if you get a ground floor apartment with a hot water heater closet your apartment WILL flood whenever there's a very heavy rain. My bedroom filled with water at least three times in 2023 and I was told by maintenance it was a common issue with ground floor units. I just got back my move out invoice and I believe I was charged twice for the pet deposit. I also replaced the oven drip pans myself but was charged for new ones for some reason, even though they were brand new, effectively paying for them twice. Also, I lived there for five years with a cat, which I definitely told them when I moved in because I have a copy of my pet addendum, but they opted to patch and clean the carpet instead of replace it. All in all, I can't bring myself to drop my review to a 1 star because I had very few issues with the property itself while I lived there and I would've stayed on longer if I could've afforded Denver's skyrocketing cost of living, but now that I've been hit with all these unexpected extra charges I can't say I'd recommend it to anyone again."
"11/2 Update: Drove by today and people are moving out in droves. They have some buildings with multiple empty units. Just don't. Walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin. You hear EVERYONE and EVERYTHING your neighbors do. Yes, everything in the rooms!! If they have a screaming kid, you have a screaming kid. If you are not clinically insane when you move in, you will be when you move out. Parking is hit or miss and security patrol is pointless. Illegally parked cars is a nightly issue and none are ever ticketed, EVER! Management also is pointless as they don't do anything and just roll their eyes at you. Other office staff are great but the management themselves are horrible. As others have said as long as your appliance works they won't replace it no matter how badly it works. The noises in the walls including dripping water is quoted as normal. The black mold is quoted as not mold. Pool is nice though and hot tub...... when not overrun by kids without parents. Even if your air isn't on you will hear the air of your neighbor because the buzzing is ridiculous throughout. The wood balconies are covered in Lichen. Spiders LIVE everywhere in the building! If any of your neighbors smoke your apartment will smell like an ashtray. Weed is not allowed yet you smell it everywhere. Dogs are not allowed (only ESA supposedly) yet people are raising puppies in litters at a time or 2 20 lb dogs in a unit. Mail room is unsecure as is package room as anyone can walk in anytime and grab and go. Trash dumpsters are always overflowing. And they only take paper forms of payment and not cash. Glad I'm out of there. Worst of the worst slums"
