"The new staff seem to really care and are trying their hardest to make living at the Capri Apartments the best. Could use a couple more washers/dryers but only ran into this issue 4 or 5 times in the 2.5 years I’ve lived here. I still can’t complain with the price and location this spot is phenomenal!"

"Update October 26,2022. Property Manager, Ben, makes sure it's on the tenants to call and inquire about basic property functions instead of informing the entire property of the water being shut off. sending the message 20 minutes after we can NOT access water is NOT a warning. Also, Ben has seemed to be the one in charge of getting the cheap vendor back out to fix our "secure" front door/mail area. They allowed the contractor to do the work, never check to see if it was installed properly, and hide for 6+ weeks. The front door, with the lock, never closes on it's own so the mail area and building are still not secure. Allegedly, contractor is fixing that issue this week. Update June 3,2022. Property managers, (today it was Kimiko Wagner) allow free range in the PAID/RESERVED parking without any repercussions to the violators. Reserved parking is UNENFORCEABLE with current management staff, as they don't show any remorse for their "satellite management style" that is highly ineffective. Update April 25th. ONLY move in if you enjoy NEVER receiving ANY of your packages as they REFUSE to fix the issue of "too grainy/low quality" cameras, as well as, don't have any urgency in getting mailboxes moved to a secure area. Update* packages will also be continually stolen due to lack of secure mail/package area and cameras with footage too grainy to be useful. Ava Dearing, the "property manager" will allow mail to be stolen and continuously dodge calls and responsibilities for safe mail receptacles. She doesn't realize that the 3 previous managers have said the SAME THING about getting mailboxes moved (first told about the moving of mailboxes in December 2020 aka 15 months ago) and they won't be going anywhere with the work ethic Plenty of Places offers. This company UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE only promises and never fulfills"

"I had no complaints for the first year I lived here. However the property itself, and the management thereof, has been steadily declining for the last few months. Serious maintenance issues such as leaks from cracks in the ceiling, rodents in the apartments, and multiple break-ins of the mail room go ignored for weeks at a time, even with multiple maintenance requests submitted and/or correspondence with the main office. Edited due to response - The door is finally being upgraded to prevent break ins, only 7 months after the initial rash of incidents. And it took more than a month and two separate maintenance requests for the rodent issue in my apartment to be addressed. Yet a negative public review is answered within two hours. Funny how that works. Second edit to update - I never received any communication from “Ben”, and I’ve never actually dealt with him once since I’ve lived at this property so I don’t know who he is. Once again they’re quick to put on a show when issues are aired publicly but don’t follow up. I had the Denver Health Department come out and sure enough they found several health code violations. The management company was notified of these violations on Monday morning, and of course I received phone calls that afternoon asking if maintenance can come in to address the issues in the unit. They ignore these things until you force their hand with legal action. Absolutely unacceptable."

"I’ve had a great experience living in the Capri Apartments the past 2 years. I lived in a studio, and it was actually a pretty good sized space. It had 3 closets, which gave me plenty of storage space. It basically came with a kitchenette, just a fridge & freezer, stove & oven, sink, a few cabinets, and one counter-top. It did make cooking and baking difficult, but I was able to manage with my table. The AC in the building is always blasting during the summer and there’s times I have to wear a jacket ha! I loved it though! Thankful for the AC. It was a great place to live. The staff are also very kind and helpful. They seem like they do care about any issues going on. Alexa is fantastic, and always very friendly in emails and calls! When I first mentioned I was moving and wanted to stay in the area or building, she was fantastic at helping me out and seeing if I could. I did end up moving elsewhere to a place owned by a different company, but I’m always extremely appreciative of Alexa’s help! The one negative I can really think of is the parking. If it wasn’t for that, I’d give the place 5 stars. If you’re not lucky enough to move in when there’s a garage spot available, you pay way too much to park outside in spots that are being parked in by visitors or random people walking somewhere else. It’s very frustrating and there’s nothing you can do about it. You can call management during office hours, but outside of that? You’re out of luck! You can call the 24 hour line, but the people will say there’s no one they can call so you can just write a note and leave it on the car. It’s typically in the evening or on the weekends that people are parking in spots so there’s nothing you can do about it. If management could possibly give towing info to the 24 hour line for when someone is parked there, that would be helpful at least. Other than that, everything else about the Capri was fantastic!"
