"I am not even sure where to begin. Just know that this was the worst experience of my life and I lived here for exactly 17 days. I was given a completely different unit than what I agreed and signed my lease for. Move in day they were still working on my unit leaving a paint and mildew smell in my coat closet. Then I was told there would be AC by a third party and there is no AC. For health reasons there was no way I could live in filth! The leasing agent made me wait almost an hour for my keys and got mad that I kept calling to retrieve my keys! Then she ( BRITTNEY COUSINS ) was not even there to give them to me and made maintenance do it. Following this I demanded to be taken out of this unit and Brittney repeatedly told me over and over that she was doing me a courtesy for letting me move out as if this place wasn’t disgusting! After moving out 17 days later it took them over a month to walk the unit. I had to do everything to get my 2x the rent deposit back and even still Brittney ignored my messages for days and kept lying about when I’d be receiving it! They’ve also been sued once at this location for failure to return a deposit and BED BUGS and another at their other properties for the way they treat their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL COST SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!"
