IMT Dayton Station

"I’ve lived here for a few years and location is great, but the apartment complex not so much. Between the rodents, homeless encampment and thin walls ( I could literally hear my neighbors, sneezing and brushing their teeth through the walls) and mailbox break-ins, I’m definitely over this place. I write this review at 11:30 PM on a Sunday night with a random alarm going off that has gone off at least 7 times(no exaggeration) at unacceptable hours. The alarm goes off until the fire department shows up whenever they decide to get here. It’s a real inconvenience to those who work or have children in school. The one pro about this complex is the hard-working maintenance team. I will not be resigning my lease if I were you, I would stay away from this place. Overpriced and definitely not worth what you pay. If they’re going to charge exorbitant prices, they should have an extravagant community. Unfortunately, IMT Dayton station misses the mark in more than one way."

"This apartment complex sucks. They treat service members so bad. They allowed other tenants to vandalize my car and my parents car. When i called to speak with a manager about the damages on my cars the lady at the front office threatened me on the phone and hung up in my face. When i called back they would not allow me to speak with a manager and hung up on me again. Myself and my parents tried to continuously report the vandalism and the people at the front office ended up being apart of everything that was going on. They lack professionalism and respect and integrity this apartment complex had is disgusting and the way they treat service members is unacceptable. Report these people to the Better Business Bureau!!!"

"Car break in, homeless individuals sleeping in the stairwell, loud neighbors speeding down the street all day and night. Difficult to feel safe here. Edit: Apartment flooded 2 weeks ago and again this evening from the SAME thing - the upstairs apartment water heater leaking. Maintenance took over an hour to arrive and when I asked why, he argued, “I’m not gonna argue with you. I don’t care, I will leave and you can call us again and wait for someone else to show up.” No help or compassion from the leasing office, either."

"I feel like I am on vacation. This complex is set aside by itself with easy access to nature, pools, gym, shopping, bike trails, the train. It's quiet. Good parking. The staff shout out to Ryan and Dj with all their help with my questions as a new tenant. I've had a couple minor things called in to service and they have been prompt to repair and take care of. This is a really nice place to live. Thank you!"
