"Love living here. It’s nice having an elevator in my building. The staff is quick to answer any questions. There was a damaged piece of equipment in the gym and the team took care of it immediately! Awesome job!"
"This place is extremely over priced for what you get. They call it “luxury” but everything in the apartment is very cheap and sloppily put together. On top of that, there seemed to be issues with everything despite being the first people to ever move into the apartment. The water constantly had problems where it wouldn’t heat up, even after waiting a long time. This seemed to happen when the weather was very cold outside. However, I haven’t had this issue in over a year since living in a building built in the 1960’s. There were several times I had to either skip showering or take a cold shower due to this. Someone came to look at this, but found no issue and left it as it was. There were also outlets that weren’t working and the shower pooled water in a way that created a moldy spot if it wasn’t wiped down right away. There was a strong odor that would randomly come from the refrigerator area that we were never able to find the cause of, even after cleaning everything and throwing everything out. Just goes to show that new does not necessarily mean better. It is very loud; you can clearly hear people, cars, and dogs from the outside. Many people don’t clean up after their pets, which caused the outside to smell terrible during the summer time. And as other people have mentioned in their reviews, there are fees and deposits for just about anything you could possibly think of. We thoroughly cleaned the apartment after leaving, only to receive a $300 bill for a general cleaning, carpet cleaning, and painting. Not even sure this is legal if there are no damages, but who am I to say. It feels predatory to not mention to people that they will be getting charged regardless of how much they clean. There were hundreds of dollars spent on moving in fees and application fees. In my opinion, there are so many better places to live for a more reasonable price. This place slaps on the “luxury” label to justify their extremely high prices and endless fees, despite the cheap, low quality of just about everything and sub par location."
"I used to be so happy living here and now I can’t wait to leave. When I first moved in this property was super nice and clean ! It’s now the complete opposite. Just taking a short walk around the property you see dog feces on peoples porches and trash out. People without electric cars constantly park in the spots designated for the electric cars so you never find parking for your vehicle. The summer time is the WORST. Two weekends ago me and my family member decided to go to the hot tub around noon just for some teenagers (who do not live here) to come in and get extremely wasted. Throughout the night they began saying racial slurs which was extremely uncomfortable so we left. I pay nearly 2 thousand dollars a month to share amenities with the entire Brighton community not just the residents. I had a friend record kids actually getting past the fence to get into the pool area and she sent the footage to the leasing office and still nothing has been done to add more measurements to ensure it’s just residents using the amenities. Every month my bill just gets higher and higher and no explanation as to why. I hope with the new property manager there’s some changes. I do still want to thank the leasing office staff for answering my questions and concerns. Some of these issues are out of their control and they can only do so much. But this place needs a major clean up !"
"Great game of pool going down in the club house. It's always nice to meet new people every time I come in. As a resident, the club house is great fun filled with neat things to do. Tonight is taco night!"
"They took care of everything within a few days and had my stuff cleaned when my apartment flooded! The apartment manager (Katherine i believe) made sure everything was getting done and checked on the apartment constantly! They also gave me a different apartment to stay in if needed while they did the work! The flooding wasn’t their fault but they were on it! Very impressed with them. Amenities are always clean and working! The gym has EVERYTHING and is super clean and awesome! i also wanted to mention, Julie in the office, she is always friendly and always helps me out with anything i’ve needed!"
