Elements at Prairie Center

"I’ve been here for four years and I love it . The staff has always been understanding and prompt if I have any concerns . My favorite part of living here is the amenities. The pool is amazing. I wish it was year round ! I visit the hot tub year round and I love the workout rooms . The dog park is nice too !!"

"I’ve lived here for two years now and plan on signing the lease again. Parking is fine, if you can park on the street and walk, you can park in the open spots near the dog park. I’ve never seen the entire parking lot full, clearly some people just can’t have it their way lol. 3 stars instead of 5 because I constantly smack the gutters with brooms or anything to get the birds out. Bird poop is extremely unhealthy. I’d really like to start using my patio, and without help from the leasing office I may have to start “getting rid of” the birds myself."

"Way too expensive and every year my rent goes up.they wouldn’t let me see the apartment before I rented it because of the carpet damage. Sneaky people. I would tell older people to avoid this place because they don’t take care of the ice in the parking lot (I fell this morning) I think they should take some of my parking money and put it towards sand and salt for the parking lot. I can’t believe that this hasn’t been addressed years ago. It’s crazy kind of a no-brainer!! but they will tow you as soon as they can if you don’t pay the fee! Also my hall way is so dirty from all of the construction people that live here."

"Hands down this is one of the best apartment properties I have lived at. The people in the office are very helpful and friendly. It has really good amenities. When I moved in I had an issue with my apartment but Lacey the manager was very quick on helping to resolve my issue. Couldn't thank her enough!!"

"I’ve been at Elements for a year and just moved into another apartment a larger one. I have to say the maintenance department here is just as awesome as the units . They are very friendly and very helpful. They are always quick to respond to any issue and they get things fixed immediately. Thank you to the maintenance staff for making my living situation easier and better for me !!! Jacob"
