"Please know that the 5 star reviews are asked for In the leasing office While the apartments themselves are cozy and modern it’s nothing compared to the cons that outweigh that appeal. The “included internet” is shared amongst everyone and the speed gets slower and slower while the more people move in. It’s not even worth advertising about it because you have a better chance of anything loading using your phone’s hotspot. The parking situation is mediocre. They closed off the majority of spaces because of the construction of the other building. There’s hardly 10 spaces per building and everyone has at least two cars it seems. If you work a regular job, good luck getting a parking space when you get home in the afternoon. The shared walls between apartments are paper thin. You can hear someone having a normal conversation through the walls. Unless you’re on the 3rd floor, you’re never going to have a quiet day at home. You can hear every single thing your upstairs neighbors do. If they are watching tv, I guarantee their tv sound will cancel out your tv sound. Even gentler walking is heard throughout. These are the major things that are wrong with this complex and after talking with neighbors it seems to be a shared thought. I will say that the office staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait until the pool opens up. It seems like it will be a fun place during the summer for the kiddos. The complex overall is clean. The gym is nicely put together with an exciting aesthetic. Everyone seems to be kind and respectful overall."

"This was an amazing process for my husband and I. We moved here from Texas and Cierra made this process super easy. She was always in contact with us before we made the move and made sure that we had an easy move in once we got here to Brighton. The community is beautiful and I love the apartment. We are in 1 bed room 1 bath and it’s amazing. My only con is that there is no pantry, which is an adjustment for me as I’m use to having a lot of groceries. Everthing else is amazing. Comes with full size washer and dryer already, the flooring is beautiful with carpet in bedroom which I love so I don’t have to wake up in the morning to cold hard floors. They community is pet friendly and I love how everyone make sure to try up behind their pets. The fitness gym is beautiful and has a good amount of equipment and the size is good. I love the sitting coffee area in the office, I plan on going down there someday to do homework just to get out the house. Great location, you have king cooper, McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Starbucks right up the street and maybe 2 miles up the road is prairie center. I love the community and the price is good. Very luxury and modern HUGHLY RECOMMEND!! O AND I LOVE THE VALET TRASH PICK UP!!! :)"

"We stopped by for a quick tour and Tiphane was more than accommodating. She was extremely professional and provided a ton of information about this new community. In our many, many tours, it is not often a property manager takes the time she did. The maintenance man that we came upon was also very friendly and informative! Again, rare to interact with maintenance during a tour so we loved this guy's enthusiasm!! It gave us more confidence to make the right decision. The property is beautiful, and the homes are modern and inviting. We loved the large amount of windows and natural light in the corner apartments. Also, the stone exterior really stands out compared to your typical brick and siding Colorado apartment communities. The prices are reasonable for a new property in a decent location. More important to us than an apartment, however, is the customer service. This team nailed it. Our initial experience was wonderful, and we will be back for that reason. My husband and I will be making our final decision before winter, and so far Thayne is the frontrunner!"
