"First of all this place sucks if you ask them that something isnt working properly or it stopped then you Just have to do it yourself because the service wont do it and even if they said that they will do it then you will have to wait a long time for it to get fixed so just do it yourself because they wont do it."
"My mother put her application per Rachel. Knowing my mother was on housing and had no income. Why didn’t Rachel share this information with my mother, that she wouldn’t get approved because of the no income situation. Instead Rachel emailed her telling her to put the application and she got the apartment and what do you know…. without a deposit. Go figure like it doesn’t sound funny enough. My mother than put her 30 day notice going by Rachel’s information, only to get no response for almost a full month. My mother then went in to talk to someone in person last week, because no one at the property has enough professional experience to communicate or answer phones. As my mother is waiting a women started a conversation with her, this woman shares that she’s there to pick up a deposit she was owed for over a month because Rachel took a deposit for an apartment she applied for then rented it out without telling her! WOW! How disgusting. My mother finally got to talk to someone The women there told my mother that she couldn’t find her application. Of course right???? Seems to be the only answer everyone is getting from this company. My lawyer is already looking into this… seems like they have a habit of taking peoples money. Especially those who seem to be older and vulnerable. Someone will be held accountable for this. And if the company was smart they’d get their complex in order and start by putting a good manager in place."
"I've been trying to get ahold of this place for days. No one picks up the phone, voice-mail box is full and every time I stop at the office no one is there. And every time I attempt to submit am application online their website crashes. I'm interested in a 3 bedroom apartment for me and my family."
"Hello, I am writing this review in hopes that the owners, not the management company (Avenue 5), reaches out to me. I lived at Spring Hollow from Sept 2021 to April 2022. I decided to move out due to all the complications at Spring Hollow (that I can share with the owners since management didn't really care). I have been out since April 9th. Spring Hollow never reached out to me with proper move-out procedures. I received an email on April 12th saying that before I move out to do ensure that you follow our move-out process, which again, I was already out by then. I couldn't even give my keys to anyone in person because there was rarely someone in the office, I had to put them in the payment drop box. I received a bill on April 21st that I am trying get resolved because that amount was not what was discussed by the manager Amber at Spring Hollow. When I reached out to the district manager by email about the charges, this was April 29 (after calling the office and the office person told me twice that the district manager, Katie would reach out to me the next day and never did). She sent me a ledger but the charges are not what the Spring Hollow manager told me. Since April 29th I have been emailing the Katie telling her this amount was not what was told to me and there are charges that I have already paid. She didn't respond. I resent the email hoping that maybe she didn't receive it the first time. Re-sent it on May 4th and now May 9th and I still have not received answers since April 29th. I want to pay what I owe, but I don't want to overpay specially with all the issues that there were while living at Spring Hollow. If a or the OWNER of Spring Hollow could please reach out, that would be amazing. I used to live in building 151 apartment 426. Hopefully you can find my phone number by looking that up. If not. I am sure you can ask Katie for my info. Owner/s please ask Katie for my Intent to Vacate letter, it details issues that I had while at Spring Hollow. Thank you"
"These apartments are extremely decent and clean for being an affordable living community. The young gentlemen in the office Elijah was extremely precessional and helpful. He made sure to answer all the question that I had, walked me threw all the process of putting in an application and even called me the next day to fallow up with me. Would highly recommend these apartments."
